Friday carries the short window
The Holiday Gift Market runs three days at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Friday 13 November 2026 opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Saturday runs 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday fits a working day. A team leaves the office in the morning, walks two halls and returns before the evening.
The address is 4800 U.S. Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610. The venue directs market traffic to the US Hwy 301 entrance. Gate 1 at that entrance serves the Expo Hall and the Entertainment Hall.
The Junior League of Tampa runs the market and lists more than 200 specialty merchants from Tampa Bay and beyond: apparel, jewelry, home decor, gourmet foods, artwork, candles and pet products. The venue states that proceeds support the league’s community programs and projects across Tampa Bay.
Price the crew before the gate
Admission costs $10 in advance and $12 during the event. Children five and under enter free.
Eight colleagues cost $80 at the advance price and $96 at the event price. The difference is $16 across the team, $2 a head.
One person buys every ticket in a single order. That order produces one record for the expense claim.
Parking prepays at $10
Parking is $10 online and $12 onsite. The venue ticket store sells the pass as Junior League Holiday Gift Market - Parking Only, dated 12 to 15 November, general parking $10.00, good for one time entry.
One pass covers one vehicle. A van that leaves the grounds at lunch needs a second pass.
One vehicle per team removes the second pass. A single van for eight people parks once and stays parked. The parking pass does not include event entry, so the card carries two lines: the pass and the tickets.
The Body Mind Spirit Celebration runs 14 and 15 November in the Florida Center and enters from MLK Blvd, Gate 2. Friday carries the market alone. Saturday carries both shows.
The gate inspects every bag
The fairgrounds screens all bags and packages with hand-held metal detectors at entry. The barred list includes luggage, coolers, bags with wheels and full-face masks.
The venue publishes no bag storage at the gate. Each person carries one bag that opens easily and repacks in a minute.
Tickets sell cashless from the organiser. Merchants set their own payment terms.
Rooms when the team travels in
The venue lists seven hotel partners with its own distances: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino 0.2 miles, Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino 1.5, Staybridge Suites Tampa-Brandon 2.7, Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon 2.8, Courtyard Tampa-Brandon 4.4, Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon 5.0, Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa East 5.0.
The page prints no nightly rate, no room block and no cut-off date. Each property quotes direct.
The fairgrounds takes event camping reservations with 48 hours notice, apart from the annual Florida State Fair.
bookMyTeam lists 175 hotels in Tampa on its city directory.
Florida restricts the platform
bookMyTeam cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Florida residents. The seller of travel notice, dated 21 October 2026, names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, and covers grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
The route for a Tampa team runs through the property sales office. Put the dates, the room count and the parking question in one email. Ask for the rate and the cancellation term in writing.
The group rate calculator applies a 10 per cent default discount to a quoted nightly rate. Its page states that bookMyTeam often secures 15 to 30 per cent.
Three questions before Friday
Ask the organiser when the $10 advance price closes. The venue page prints no cut-off.
Ask the property for a rate on eight rooms for the Thursday night. A crew twenty minutes from Gate 1 opens the show floor at 9 a.m.
Ask whether the parking pass rides on the ticket order. One card covers both when it does.
