The Indiana Chamber of Commerce publishes the buying signal on its conference registration page. Three to five attendees from one employer take 20 percent off registration. Six to ten take 25 percent. Eleven or more take 30 percent. The discounts apply to new orders only, and they do not combine with other offers.

Three registration types are excluded: the February 8 workshops, the Expo Only pass and student registration.

Five colleagues on the group discount

Five seats on the full conference at the early-bird price of $599 come to $2,995. The 20 percent discount takes that to $2,396. The same five seats at the standard $699 come to $3,495, and $2,796 after the discount. Eleven seats at early-bird pricing are $6,589, and $4,612 after the 30 percent.

Early-bird pricing applies to orders placed before January 16. Standard pricing begins January 16.

The Chamber runs a second scale for VPP and INSharp site employees. One or two attendees take 20 percent off, three to ten take 25 percent, and eleven or more take 30 percent. Those employers register by phone on (800) 824-6885 or by email at seminars@indianachamber.com.

One reservation and one rooming list

The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis is the official hotel for the 2027 conference. The organiser asks guests to reserve online by January 15 to receive the conference rate. The property sits on a skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center at One S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Parking is not validated at any location.

The venue publishes 7,100 downtown rooms and 4,700 rooms connected by skywalk. The skywalk figure is the one a team plans against.

Five colleagues share three double rooms for three nights. Nine room-nights, 1.8 a person. At an example rate of $200 a room a night the room cost is $1,800. bookMyTeam's published saving band of 15 to 40 percent below rack rates puts the same nine room-nights at $1,530 and $1,080. The example rate is the planner's own input. No Indianapolis rate for these dates is published.

The Expo Only pass for one representative

The organiser prices an Expo Only pass at $129 for February 9. That pass carries the same price on both sides of the early-bird line, and group discounts do not apply to it. A representative who attends the expo floor alone needs one room for one night: $200, then $170 at 15 percent off and $120 at 40 percent off.

The nights to hold

Full Conference passes cover February 8, 9 and 10. Pre-conference workshops run on February 8 at $299 early-bird and $399 standard. One-day passes cover February 9 or February 10. Two-day passes cover February 8 and 9, or February 9 and 10.

A team on the full programme needs the nights of February 7, 8 and 9, with a Wednesday February 10 checkout. A delegate booked on February 9 and 10 alone needs the nights of February 8 and 9. Two nights, six room-nights for three doubles: $1,200, then $1,020 at 15 percent off and $720 at 40 percent off.

The Wednesday return

The Governor's Workplace Safety Awards Luncheon runs on February 10 from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center. Registration for the luncheon is included with every February 10 registration. A planner who needs the luncheon alone has a table of ten at $899 or a single ticket at $99. A team that stays for the luncheon has the afternoon of February 10 for the drive home.

What else runs that week

The venue's own event feed lists the Indiana Green Expo across February 8 to 10 with a forecast of 2,000 attendees. The Core-Mark Expo runs February 10 and 11 with a forecast of 1,500. The Economic Club of Indiana meets February 12. Lucas Oil Stadium carries Monster Jam on February 6 and 7.

Three forecasts sit inside the same three days: 850 for this conference, 2,000 and 1,500. Hold the block early.

What the request has to ask

Four property-level questions have no published answer, so they belong in the rate request: the bed configuration the block holds, breakfast opening hours, the charge for coach and van parking, and whether the team can be held on one floor.

bookMyTeam sends one request to more than 50 hotels per destination and gets replies in 24 to 72 hours, with no fee added to the rate. Its FAQ states that most hotels offer group rates from a block of ten rooms per night, and that some discount from as few as five depending on season and availability.

The request form sits at bookmyteam.org/rfp/submit. The group rate calculator sits at bookmyteam.org/group-rate-calculator, and the Indianapolis hotel directory at bookmyteam.org/directory/indiana/indianapolis.

The venue page headlines the conference as February 7 to 10, 2027. Its body reads February 8 to 10, 2027, and the organiser publishes February 8 to 10, 2027. Confirm the housing nights with the organiser before pricing the block.
