Wekfest Miami puts the show on one indoor floor for an afternoon. Ten people, one van, one Saturday night and a 9 AM box office set the booking.
The show runs Sunday, December 6, 2026 at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition Center, E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion. The Miami page publishes 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Event Information page publishes 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Miami is the tour's only east coast event.
The ticket math
General admission lists at $30.00 plus a $2.53 fee, which comes to $32.53 online. Ten tickets come to $325.30.
Children under 12 enter without a ticket. The organiser's guidelines require a paying adult over 18 with them, and the checkout page states that children under 12 do not need to purchase tickets.
The checkout page reads "All sales are final, no exchange or refunds." The ten names go in before the order is placed.
The box office
Tickets sell online or in person at the venue's designated box office on the event day. The Event Information page gives the opening time: box office opens at 9:00am. The same page lists general admission entry at 12:00 pm in one block and at 1:00 pm in another.
Send anyone paying on site on the van's 9:00 AM run. The early arrival buys a place in the line and a space in the lot before the 1:00 PM opening.
One Saturday night
A Sunday floor and a 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM close leave Saturday December 5 as the night the group needs. Ten people in double rooms need five rooms.
Standard checkout lands on Sunday morning, ahead of the 1:00 PM opening. The organiser's guidelines prohibit large bags, luggage and musical instruments, so one bag per person goes in the van at checkout. Personal backpacks and bags are permitted inside.

In and out privileges are published, so the group can step out to the van and return. Outside food and drink are prohibited apart from medical need. Eat before the 1:00 PM opening. Lawn chairs, glass containers and smoking are prohibited, and the hall holds no seat for a group that arrives unprepared.
All patrons pass a search at the entrance. Weapons and harmful objects are prohibited, and in-house security works alongside local authorities across the hall. The 9:00 AM group clears that line ahead of the 1:00 PM opening.
One van
Ten people in one vehicle turn nine parking decisions into one. The venue operator lists nearby parking at the pavilion. The van leaves the hotel with the group, drops everyone at the entrance, parks, and holds the bags for the afternoon.
The numbers
Tickets come to $325.30, or $32.53 per person. Five rooms at an illustrative $150.00 a night come to $750.00, which is $75.00 per person for one night. The full trip lands at $107.53 per person, and the block rate that comes back from the request replaces the $150.00 figure.
One request reaches more than 50 hotels in the destination, offers return typically within 24 to 72 hours, and the group pays the hotel directly with no markup on the rate.
